CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSÉ

A small lot wine with just 145 cases made. The nose holds vibrant red fruit aromas of strawberry preserves, cranberries, cherries, and ruby red grapefruit. The palate is bright and refreshing with flavours to match the nose. Made in the saignee style, with a portion of the wine sources from Appassimento grapes, fermented and aged in stainless steel.

 

AMAROSÉ

On the nose, the Amarosé holds aromas of wild strawberry, fresh peach, apricot, mango and Fuji apple. The palate has flavours of summer fruit to match the nose, and an elegant mid-palate weight finishing with a mouth-watering citrus acidity. 

 

SPARKLING ROSÉ
*90 POINTS*

With a delightful and persistent effervescence as a result of Charmat method fermentation in stainless steel, this wine displays lovely flavours of wild strawberry, bright lemon, and crisp apple. The Appassimento (dried) Riesling portion contributes to an elegant body weight and finish.
