A 'How To' Guide for Wine Club Members

From your Account page on the left hand side you have the opportunity to manage your Wine Club shipments:
Update your payment info, change your address, manage your wine selection, and skip a shipment.

From your Account page on the right hand side you have the opportunity to edit the address we have on file for the orders you place outside / on top of your Wine Club shipments. It is important to keep your address updated in both spots! |
Click 'Manage My Wine Club' to make changes to upcoming shipments or update your account information. Then click 'View Details' and Scroll Down on your screen to reveal the options to manage your Wine Club.
After you click 'View Details' and scroll down, the options to manage your Wine Club appear. First, you can click 'Addresses and Shipping Information' to update your shipping or pick up preference, as well as change your billing and shipping addresses. Please note, for orders outside your wine club, you will need to update your address in your non wine club account on the right hand side of this page.
Next, click 'Payment Information' to update the credit card information associated with your account.
The next option is 'This Months Selection' this is where you can view the 'Let Us Choose' pre-selected wines that will be shipped in the next Wine Club month:
Click 'Manage Upcoming Orders' to customize your wine selection (Pick What You Love) for the next Wine Club shipment month:
To select the wines you would like to receive, click 'Select Wines'. To skip your next club shipment click 'Skip Order'.
Clicking 'Select Wines' will navigate you to the customization page for your upcoming wine club. Add and remove wines to your preference, once you have 3 or more wines selected, you can click 'Save Selections' to ensure your club shipment will include the wines you have chosen to receive.
Clicking 'Save Selections' will navigate you back to the 'Manage Your Subscriptions' page. Click 'View Details' then scroll down again. You can click 'Manage Upcoming Orders' again to ensure your customized selection has saved.'
You can now continue to explore the account management options available to you. Clicking 'Transaction Summary' allows you to view your previous order wine and payment details:
You can also click 'Cancel Subscription' to remove yourself from our Wine Club. Of course, we hope you don't choose to do this!
