||The bouquet and palate of this wine are rich and luxurious, with a supporting tannin structure. With flavours of sweet dried cherry, blueberry, cranberry, vanilla bean, espresso, dark chocolate and leather.
||The 2010 vintage was exceptional, our Estate grown fruit ripened to unprecedented levels. The grapes were set aside to dry for 100 days, then gently pressed. Fermentation was halted to retain a natural sweetness in this ‘Recioto’ or dessert style wine. The wine was aged for 24 months in select French oak barrels. Enjoy this wine now or continue to cellar through to the year 2020.
||Enjoy as an aperitif with a slight chill if preferred, pair with foie gras or duck liver and rich cheeses. The Vinceró can also be served with desserts like dark chocolate mousse, pecan pie and affogato. Sip as you would a fine vintage port.
