Amarose 2021
Youthful aromas of Red Delicious apple, tart raspberries and watermelon candies fill the nose. The palate is dominated by clementines and pink grapefruit. Fresh strawberries and brioche notes emerge mid-palate conjuring up strawberry shortcake. The bright acidity lifts the summer fruits and contributes to the lengthy finish. Poolside perfection.

Winemaking Notes
Mother Nature sent it all - a mixed bag of weather. An early spring melt was followed by almost drought-like conditions in late July that continued into the second half of August. Unpredictable weather (rain) at harvest forced winemakers frequently into the vineyards to monitor fruit health and make nimble picking decisions.
