Tasting notes

Introducing Blanc de Blanc 2021, with its unique combination of green apple, Bartlett pear, lemon zest, and pineapple flavors. Its deliciously creamy mousse perfectly complements its biscotti flavors, and its fine bubbles provide a delightfully chalky texture. To top it off, this bright, young, and fresh wine features a lingering hint of lemon curd.

Food pairing

Crisp and light, it's delightful when sipped solo, and even more delightful when paired with seafood delicacies like oysters, smoked salmon, and shrimp cocktail.

Winemaker notes

Mother nature sent it all. An early spring melt was followed by dry conditions through July and August. An unpredictable harvest, but in the end our winemaking team was able to produce grapes that were ripe and had a crisp acidity. Fermentation for this wine took place in Stainless Steel and then spent 12 month on lees.

92 pts, Rick Vansickle - "It has a fresh and lively nose of lemon biscuit, crisp apple with peach and pear skin. It’s bright on the palate with a vigorous bead and energetic acidity that lifts the fresh lemon, apple and subtle biscuit notes through a lifted finish."
