6th Annual Vertical Dinner
Guests will then be seated for dinner featuring the 2012, 2015 and 2016 vintages of two of our most iconic 100% Appassimento wines – the Cabernet Franc and Gran Q. Accompanied by live music from Sandy Vine.
Chef Erik has prepared a stunning menu to pair perfectly with these boldest of red wines. Our Winemaker, Barclay Robinson, will lead guests through the food and wine pairing experience, as well as touch on vintage and winemaking notes. Guests will be invited to participate and ask questions!
