||Our flagship wine hand-crafted from the first vines ever planted at our Crispino Estate Vineyard. The name L'eredita means Legacy, in honour of our founders Len and Marisa Crispino. Aromas of lifted dried Fig, dates, prunes, and tart cherries, orange zest, cocoa & hickory. The palate is bold with elegant balance and complexity. Tastes of Game meat, mint jelly, dried fruits, pomegranate & leather can be experienced on the pallet. Elegant tannins lead to a long warm finish. Enjoy from 2024 - 2028.
||Cold winter temperatures on New Year’s Eve 2017 coupled with a very hot summer growing season and a wet fall, gave us a slight reduction in crop due to winter injury and drought stress in the vineyard. The warm growing season was a blessing for red varietals that weathered the winter temperatures giving very ripe grapes and an early harvest overall.
||This wine is meant to savour alongside multiple courses. Pair with Shepherd’s pie, lamb shanks, home made mac and cheese, Osso Bucco, Fresh baked bread with cultured butter, Portobello mushroom tacos, or enjoy with a fine cigar.
