A dynamic approachable take on the 2020 vintage. Aromas of vanilla bean, baking spices & florals leap out of the glass. With the palate bursting with ripe fruit like black currants & dark plum.

The fruit was harvested on November 5th 2020. After the ferment finished, the skins were pressed and the wine was put in tank where we added skins from our pressed off appassimento Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was then extracted from the skins and aged in 3 year old oak barrels.
