Gamay Rosé 2022
Saignée Style, Stainless Steel.
The 2022 vintage was warm and dry with ideal harvest conditions. Crop size was lower than average, but the grapes were of excellent quality, showing outstanding concentration and ripeness. The resulting wine is showing well young, while also expressing qualities that are very promising for their longevity.
Amarosé 2022
Aromas of red delicious apple, tart raspberries and watermelon candies. The palate is dominated by clementines and pink grapefruit. The bright acidity lifts up summer fruit and contributes to the lengthy finish.
Sparkling Rosé
Riesling, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc & Chadonnay, Charmat Method.
With a delightful and persistent effervescence as a result of Charmat method fermentation in stainless steel, this wine displays lovely flavours of tart green apple, citrus zest & morello cherry. The Appassimento (dried) Riesling portion contributes to an elegant body weight and finish. Enjoy now to take full advantage of this wines vibrant fruit and freshness, it will continue to evolve well however through to 2024.
