With aromas of orange blossom, candied lemon, Anjou pear, honeydew melon, tangerine, and fresh cut grass. Flavours of zesty lemon, passionfruit, and starfruit on the palate reveal a playful acidity and a lead to a refreshing finish.

The 2019 vintage saw warm and humid conditions throughout the summer resulting in the need for extra care and investment measures in the vineyard. Harvest was later than usual, but the fruit was healthy, flavourful and ripe. This was the first time we were able to work with Semillon grapes, harvested in early November. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested early October, with a portion (12.5%) being set aside to dry for 64 days in the Appassimento method. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel.
