The 2018 vintage benefited from a very hot summer, leading to ripe fruit with complex flavours. The grapes were harvested in early October with a portion set aside to dry for 1 month in the traditional appassimento method. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Pair the Unoaked Chardonnay with poached salmon and fresh lemon, herb roasted chicken, fish and chips, classic lobster roll, thin crust pizza with goats cheese and caramelized onion, corn on the cob and fresh summer salads.
