This tour is an opportunity to taste the unique appassimento process from start to finish. You and your guests will be led by our Sommelier through a tour behind the scenes, capped off by a tasting of wine straight from the barrel. You will then start your Barrel Cellar tasting which takes you through our current vintages, paired alongside a selection of artisanal Canadian cheese.
