I live outside of Ontario, can I have my wine shipped to me?
Our wine club ships across Canada, excluding Quebec, additional shipping charges apply to shipments outside of Ontario.
A note to our out-of-province Members:
During the winter months, when the temperatures can drop below freezing, it is unsafe to ship wine across provinces. These harsh conditions necessitate that your January and March club wines be held, then shipped together at Spring thaw.
During periods of extreme cold we will delay shipping the Wine Club to our out-of-province Members to ensure the wine arrives in perfect condition. Please make your wine selections as normal, we will contact you if your order will be affected.
Please proceed with making your selections for your wine club package. When temperatures rise to above freezing, we will notify you that your wine is on the way. You will not be charged for shipping until the wine is ready to travel.
If you have any questions about your on-hold status, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
