Tasting notes
Pale pink in the glass. The nose opens with ripe cherries; the palate is dry and vibrant with juicy raspberry and crisp red apple, a soft round mid-palate, and a refreshingly smooth finish.
Food pairing
Charcuterie boards, eggplant parmesan, summer salads, grilled salmon, prosciutto and melon, goat cheese, sushi.
Winemaker notes
A colder than usual winter and spring delayed early development. June’s torrential rain challenged the vineyards, but July–August heat wave ensured full ripeness and expressive flavour development, resulting in a standout vintage.
