With a delightful and persistent effervescence as a result of Charmat method fermentation in stainless steel, this wine displays lovely flavours of tart green apple, citrus zest & morello cherry. The Appassimento (dried) Riesling portion contributes to an elegant body weight and finish. Enjoy now to take full advantage of this wines vibrant fruit and freshness, it will continue to evolve well however through to 2026.
