This is a very well made and priced Bordeaux-inspired blend showcasing the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, the elegance of Cabernet Franc, the plushness of Merlot, and the depth of Petit Verdot. Intense and inviting with layers of blackberry, black currant, and dark cherry. Subtle floral hints of violet combine with notes of baking spice, cedar, and cocoa. Full-bodied yet polished. Ripe black fruits are framed by firm tannins and refreshing acidity. Flavours of cassis, plum, and blackberry are supported by earthy undertones, vanilla, and a touch of dark chocolate. A persistent, elegant finish leaves a lasting impression. A natural partner for grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, rich pasta dishes with tomato and herbs, or aged hard cheeses.

we've had every vintage of this since 2015 and love it. amazing with all foods. cant wait to try 23, just opened '17 and it was gorgeous
