This Cabernet Merlot is a polished, quietly powerful blend that overdelivers for its price. It opens with dark cherry, cassis, and a hint of raspberry, layered with subtle cedar, cocoa, and dried herbs. The palate is medium-plus in body, smooth in texture, and framed by fine tannins.

This is a food wine through and through. It pairs beautifully with roast beef, charcoal-grilled burgers, or herb-crusted pork tenderloin.
