This 2024 is a fresh, bright, and modern expression of the grape — crisp orchard fruit, lemon zest, and some toasted almond glide over a clean, mineral backbone. The oak is restrained and beautifully integrated, giving the wine texture without heaviness.

I would love to have this with butter-poached lobster, seared scallops with citrus beurre blanc, or a simple roast chicken stuffed with ricotta, herbs and lemon.

Very pleasing versatile Ontario Chardonnay with real value in the glass.

I think we have found our new favorite winery!
